I went with my boyfriends family for Christmas eve dinner. I have nothing but great things to say for this place.
The atmosphere was very festive from the moment you walked in. Live instrumental holiday music, good lighting and smiling staff. We were greeted by the owner and his daughter (adorable little girl I must say).
They had a 4 course holiday menu, with wine for each course if wanted.
Course 1 was a creamy pumkin soup with a cinnamon creme freche. I was excited that my boyfriend did not like punpkin, so I got them both.
Course 2 was an arugula salad paired with a delicious cranberry orange (I think) vinaigrette and candied walnuts. I also ate 2. (This is why I am not skinny)
Course 3 was the best, I only got 1. Turkey stuffed with cranberry, green beans and potato smash. Absolutely phenomenal. The turkey fell apart to with a touch, and the cranberry addition was just right.
Course 4 was a pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger swirl. It was so fluffy and yummy. (And I'm a very picky cheesecake eater).
I would definitely come back to try the regular menu.
For being a full restaurant, we got quick service with a smile, and delectable food.
I'm already craving more.
