***Read captions on pictures. I went in to touch up my blonde and to blend out my roots, as was done previously at a different salon. Blonde is very difficult to achieve properly, therefore, I chose Kelsey, a senior color stylist. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained how I wanted it and how I didn't want my roots colored and only blended. I ended up with orange roots, unblended hair pieces, and blue strands in my hair. She completely ruined any trace of the blonde I had before not once, but twice, and after I explained to her why I didn't like my hair after the 2nd time, she told me that she thinks it looks great and that nothing is wrong with it. She shrugged off my opinion and continued working on another woman's color. I left the salon with damage, ruined hair and went home crying out of frustration. I contacted the manager and I got most of my money back. I spent nearly $200. Won't be returning.
