They are by far the ABSOLUTE WORST landlord in the state of Arizona. Just because the hold a large amount of property in no way makes them a good business to work with. We have rented from them in one form or another for over 20 years and have never been treated like a valued customer. They change their employees all the time so that no property manger becomes too comfortable, They will charge you through the nose for every possible thing they can, and they will do NOTHING to the unit while you are in it. Once you rent it - You are responsible for everything, even the coolers or air conditioners. The roof in our main shop leaked for years and shortly after we moved the roof actually caved in on one end of the building. Even then, they did not redo the whole roof - Only the end that caved in. They repaint every two years , horrible prep job done prior to painting so it peels a year later and they just charge you the CAM charges. If you see either Reliance Management or Presson Equity Partners on a lease sign - RUN!!! As fast as you can to another place. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these inconsiderate bullies that only want your dollar.
