Routine trip to Ulta with the lady. We needed one thing left with three things. Staff was friendly and staff did ask us if we needed help. However, they cut the music off 20 minutes before closing. Which is a weird shopping experience if you have never experienced this at all. Everything was quite and we felt rushed to get out of there quick with 20 minutes left. Needless to say I was happy to leave early but the lady was upset we were rushed out. Also that is when staff kept asking us for help too.
