I don't know where Ashley went, or if she was just having a bad day, but I've never had anything but positive to say about Carolynn & Company. I have been going to Carolynn for a few years, and am more than satisfied every time. I live in N. Phoenix, so I am going way out of my normal travels to have Carolynn do my hair. Carolynn is very personable, and it's easy to tell she cares about her clients, the other people that work there and her business. Carolynn takes time with her clients, not like what I've experienced at other salons before. I suggest you disregard Ashley's review, make an appointment and see for yourself. I know you will be as happy with your experience as I always am!
