My boys were approved with US BANK definitely the loan officer was very unorganized did not answer questions that was needed had to find out the answers but days went by before getting answers.I said see ya left them ( he never called back to follow up) went with another company who did a great job said my Boys had no business being in a FHA loan so they went Conventional they ended up finding a foreclosure the bank wanted money held in escrow for repairs but what we needed the finance could not help us with and was told no one out there did what we needed ...well after me the mom called 8 different companies including chase and boa I was told by a few places Let me find out I will call you back...I knew no one was calling back even on Monday no one had called back by this time I didn't care because I found a Diamond....so I will continue.. Friday by now its 2... I found Anne with iMortgage I explained everything in detail what was needed. She told me let me ask some questions and I will get back with you. I thought yeah right its a Friday afternoon...but I was WRONG! She called me back around 4 said they could do the escrow hold out this was amazing...They close at 5 her team stayed late got the information needed and my boys had there pre qual letter by 7:30 I know what you are thinking they are getting paid well, yes but so was the other 8 places I called and no one wanted to be bothered.
Everyone here was great to work with, they were organized and was always available for questions.
I am a future Real Estate agent and this company will be one that I will recommend.....
My boys bought the home that they wanted they did not have to settle for something else!
