I have been dealing with this company for the past 3 weeks, as I saw a bed online on their website that I wanted to get. I spoke with one lady on chat and told her exactly what I wanted, so she quoted me price. The following week I called back since this young lady did not follow up with me and she was not there, so I spoke with a gentleman and I told him that she she chose not to call me back so I was not going to buy the furniture and just hand over the commission to her if she did not care to call me back. I again told him what I wanted and his pricing was different from the previous salesperson. She gave me the wrong information. I was fine with the price and was waiting for this gentleman to follow up on his call with me. I again called and spoke with him, he did not remember our conversation, so he said to send him an email. It has been 2 weeks and no call or return email. I called again and was put through to another sales lady who now adds that I have to pay TX sales tax, none of the other 2 sales persons had mentioned Tx sales tax, not only that her shipping numbers was way more than the other 2 salesperson. So I believe that the price and shipping changes depending on which sales person you speak to, not only that this sales lady was quite rude. I left a message for the sales manager to call me back and so far she has not. All I wanted was for someone to provide me with the correct information, so I am purchasing the bed from a company in New Jersey instead, their customer service is amazing. I worked in Corporate America for a long time, and the saying goes, if it is rotten at the top, it will be rotten at the bottom. Their sales people need to be retrained in learning how to communicate and taught how to follow up. I purchase a lot of things online and this is the absolute worst "customer service" I have ever come across. I know I am not alone in my experience, as you all can see based on the other reviews as well.
