Whatever you do JUST DONT MOVE IN HERE. I opted for this place because I was moving from California and didn't have furniture yet. This place is furnished and thought it would be easier. The furniture is disgusting. Super old mattress, about 1 inch thick. Most uncomfortable thing in the world. All sorts of damage to the place. My car was broken into twice before it GOT STOLEN right outside my apartment. There were scorpions in the apartments every day.
If you want a work order done, you basically have to go into the office every single day and ask them and bug them about it, or it will never, ever get done. The place is super small, dark and depressing. I now live in an apartment for literally the same price, with a huge one bedroom, washer and dryer, kitchen and living room AND balcony. Covered parking spot for no extra money. I always laugh thinking back to having to live in Solstice and how awful it is. KEEP LOOKING! I broke my lease and now owe them over $3,000, which they harrass me about every single day. Moving into this place was the absolute worst decision of my entire life. Just don't do it.
