The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is simply because I have to. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and then called thirty minutes prior to my appointment to see if It would be quick enough for me to wait or if I should arrange a ride. The gentleman I spoke to insisted I wait because it wouldn't take long SINCE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Stood in line for fifteen minutes before being helped and was then told it would be a bare minimum of an hour wait before my car was finished. I understand businesses get busy but don't insist your clients wait when the minimum wait is one hour. Received a call at 5:00 saying my car was finished but that they were closing and were going to keep it over the weekend. I WON'T be coming back simply due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
