TERRIBLE customer service at this Minus 5 Ice Lounge location. My family and I were excited about coming to an ice bar, especially because the ice bar was something that my sister really wanted to experience. Earlier in the evening, I called ahead of time inquiring about directions and other information, and not once did the staff inform me that there would be a special event that evening and would not be open to the public until 10pm. It was difficult to find this location at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, and I called again for directions and was given very unhelpful and vague instructions. Upon arrival, I was shooed away from the lounge by a guest that was there for the "private event". When I asked the staff about going in, I was given a card for a free shot. We had made a special trip to come to the ice bar. The staff could not have cared less. The customer service service here is terrible!
