This was our second time visiting AquaKnox, we ordered the exact same items as the first time. It has been one of our best meals on the strip. I would still count this as a great place for a special dinner, but something was missing on our second visit (so rating 4 instead of 5 stars). Highlights of the menu are some of the best Crab Cakes I've had, excellent Salmon and Butterscotch Bread Pudding. The Salmon is cooked on the medium side (so if you want it more, be sure to mention something) and it's the best salmon I've ever had. This place is huge and practically empty both times we went. With all the show closures and turnover at Venetian this restaurant may suffer, but certainly worth a special trip even without a show. Ordered: Crab Cakes (w/ great spicy ketchup & slaw) Fig & Goat Cheese Salad Lobster Bisque Corn Succotash King Salmon Butterscotch Bread Pudding Overall: Great seafood restaurant on the strip. Worth a special trip. They are a little inconsistent but worth a visit. The pictures will speak for themselves.
