Okay so I needed a simple trim and chose this place because I've had positive experiences in the past at the one on 91st&Peoria. Well... Boy was I let down. As a walk in, I expected to wait. first they told me 20-25min which I was fine with, I ran next door got something to eat came back and waited some more. Some people came in after and went ahead of me. I realized they were getting their hair died and I went up to the lady at the front desk who had a disgusting attitude, and asked her how much longer, she said probably 2 hours and I left. Needless to say, after wasting 2 hours of my life there, I will never be going back. Like you couldn't tell me from the beginning? You had me sit and wait? Not only that it was about 3 in the afternoon and the sun was burning me because there aren't any blinds or tint on the windows. If you like being lied to, waiting in the blistering sun, and poor customer service, this place is for you!
