Been getting pedicures regularly for 4 years. New to area. My first visit to this salon....and not impressed. Asked for gel pedicure. Staff looked at me like I was crazy, but said they would do it for $35. I probably should have said no thanks, but thought I'd give them a try. The nail tech assigned to me became visibly angry when she realized I had gel polish on my toes that she would need to remove. Rather than soaking off the polish (as I've experienced at other salons), she used a coarse nail file to scrape it off my nails. She was very rough and actually cut the skin on my toes. My nails were not filed evenly. I asked her to fix one of them and she didn't. When she looked at my heels and realized I had callouses that needed attention, she seemed VERY put out. At this point, I told her I only wanted clear polish -- skip the gel, because I could only imagine how that might turn out. NEVER have I been to such an unprofessional salon...very disappointed.
