Boxcar Social is a hidden gem located near Summerhill Subway. I don't know how I never spotted this place before as I am always in the area, but I'm glad I eventually did!
This quaint coffee shop serves great coffees and teas (iced and hot) and the baristas have a great knowledge of the product they serve. Although I didn't get to try their baked goods, they looked great.
The best part of Boxcar Social for me was the patio out back. Quiet and peaceful, it's a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle, even if only for a few minutes.
My latte was great, and the espresso had a nice kick but without the aftertaste. I can't wait to return!
