Rude! I like to browse and like most of us we don't like to be bothered. They are very pushy. Trying to sell sell sell. If I were to buy, it wouldn't be from them. I did get an oil change from them, and it was more expensive than what I pay from the dealer. They also tried to get me to have service done that was not necessary. Most of my problem is with the floor staff. I've walked in a few times with intentions on buying something and left simply because I felt uncomfortable. Just not a good vibe.
