We went to Carmax to buy a truck, as our Rep was amazing and things went great, we thought we would go back a second time to buy a second truck. Again our Rep was amazing however the manager on duty on 11/5/16 Jason was to put it politely one of the worst we have ever seen. As he first made our Rep wait for an extended period of time for an override and then finally he could wait no longer came over to do his override. As he introduced himself to us in order as we sat he first looked at my husband then shook his hand then introduced himself. He completely avoided/overlooked me (I was in the middle) and looked over me as if I wasn't even there. Then introduced himself to my son and shook his hand. He proceeded to have a conversation with them and I never existed. We are extremely unhappy with the service we received with Jason the MOD on Duty on this day. I am not sure if he is discriminatory against women however this is how I felt. I have never been treated this way by any company!!!
