I've been to this blacks before to develop my film... the service can be up and down, and the same goes for their picture quality.... but after my subpar experience in the one downtown, I decided to send my photos up to markville mall once again hoping for a better experience. I did my usual online uploads the night before and hope that they would live by their one-hour policy for me to pick up an hour into their hours on Sunday. Sure enough, as I walked in to an empty store on Sunday morning, my photos were ready for me. I opened them and noticed the colouring was a little strong, but I have come to realization that that is the quality of their printer because my previous experience here seemed to have the same results. However, it was not a bad thing as the hues were sharp, and I was able to identify everyone's faces clearly. The paper was crisp and everything was a-ok. What I would recommend is that all Black's Photography either callibrate their printers the same way or at least try to compare their print jobs because each store differs greatly, making the quality of their product very inconsistent.
