Perfectly fine one of these Paneras, but it provides a contrast between the ordering system prevalent where I live and the one here. This is basically wait at the counter (the buzzer system seems superfluous) while at my "home" Panera, you get a beeper that you put on your table and they bring your order out to you when it's ready. The latter makes for a far more relaxing experience, even if they still expect you to bus yourselves (that's a one-S bus, as in clear your dishes away). And, I think that's worth a difference of a star.
