Went here with my wife to upgrade her phone, and let's just say we were not impressed by the service. The Samsung rep was telling us one thing about the battery life of a certain phone, while the Best Buy employee was telling us the opposite. The guy doing the activation and trade in acted like he would rather have been at a funeral than deal with us. The team lead pretty much called my wife a liar saying that she only offered $15 for our trade in, when we know for a fact she offered $45 the day before.
Not a very good experience overall. I would stay away if I were you.
