Ate at Rick Cafe over Veterans weekend. We tried their breakfast buffet. So good. We had an awesome server...I want to say Matt. I hate that I can't be confident on his name. I had gotten married the night before at the resort so we were definitely hungry. Let me say...all my guest that ate at Ricks left more than full but happy. Omelette lady did a great job of not overcooking the eggs. Southwestern omelette was delish. However need to over tortillas and not just bread items. Sorry only slight complaint. However would return and absolutely love Ricks.
