I went to Maaco back in December to have a dent taken out of my vehicle. The dent required not only the dent removal but also painting. Upon reading the reviews about Maaco I was skeptical to say the least, but I went with them anyway as Travis (the owner) was a great guy! Anyway, the job was completed in the time frame and honestly it was exceptional. You couldn't even tell there was ever a problem there. It was at this time, I promised to always go back.
Well, I did go back, and this time it was to have my new vehicles spoiler resprayed due to a deep scratch and some minor scratches painted and then buffed. Well this instance was far from good. The gentleman who was supposed to be helping me left me sitting there while he dealt with someone who worked for their business. They were talking about a check for commission or something. As he was back and forth he kept saying we will look after you as your a repeat customer! Great I thought, I'm in good hands. Well after another 10 minuets of me sitting there waiting for my quote, he comes back and says, so this isn't something we will do and here's a car for someone who will! Disappointed and angry to say the least as he literally wasted my time and just let me sit there! I can't believe that one person can make such a huge difference in the way this business made me feel but they certainly failed me. Very angry and disappointed!
