I went to your store located on Rampart and Charleston today, to get help with my phone it was not charging. The gentle men was rude and horrible. I explain my phone was not charging. I was told I have two choices called my insurance, or get an up grade. When I explain my phone would not work due to not having a charge. I was told with finger pointing I could use the companies phone. I loss interested walk out of store then came back in spoke to the manager explain how the young generation does not know how to communicate today. I got a spiritual lecture. what kind of crap is this.
I told him to cancel my service after being a long time customer went over to sprint received better service and a better plan.
