I have a small business, and I took my company vehicle in for service at 7am and was promised that my van would be ready in the afternoon, I called at 4pm and could only leave voicemail which was not returned until 5:20 pm. Was told at 5:20 PM my truck was ready and to come get it. I told the service advisor that due to rush hour it was going to take me a little while to get there and he said that was fine because they were not quite finished but would have the paperwork before I got there. I arrived approximately 615 to pick up the truck and was told that I could not get it until the next day. This is not the first time that I have had a vehicle in for service and on at least three other occasions I had picked the vehicle up as late as 8 PM. I explained to a very rude manager that I was a small business and I had to have my vehicle for an appointment at 5am or I might lose my biggest customer. His answer was that since changing from Thoroughbred to Chapman this was no longer an option and it wasn't his problem! When I talked to my service advisor at 5:20 he said nothing about a change in policy. This is not the first time that this dealership has lied to me, they told me the peeling paint on a white Chevrolet truck was due to chips from road debris which caused 2/3 of the paint on the front end to peel off. Once the vehicle reached the end of its warranty a different manager told me if had I brought it in three months earlier he would've repainted it. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle or have any service at this 2nd rate dealership!
