I had written a negative review for Hux prior to this one and had taken it down as I felt it was harsh. However, as I have continued to face issues with this service I feel that this review is warranted.
This was my first cleaning scheduled with Hux and I have had quite a few issues getting a hold of customer service.
I attempted to contact them earlier this week with a question I had by calling and texting and I never received a response.
Then, when the day of the service arrived my cleaner was a no show and when I attempted to contact their main line, I kept receiving text messages and no response (even though it was during 'business hours'). I finally received a call from Rey, the customer service manager, who was very apologetic and offered to look for someone else who could still offer the service at a later time that day at 50% of the price. Although I was already inconvenienced, I was appreciative of the gesture and scheduled the second cleaning.
The second cleaner also turned out to be a no-show. I waited 10 minutes and texted/called their number and received no response. I did this again after 20 minutes and then 30 minutes.
I am very understanding that no company is perfect and that mistakes will inevitably be made, but there is a continued pattern of poor customer service that I have encountered with this service.
