I had a very positive experience with ABC Auto Repair.
My car would not start this morning and was towed to their shop, recommended by the tow truck driver when we found another shop was no longer in business. I'm new to the area and usually depend on Yelp when in doubt.
Despite their shop and lot being full of cars they immediately went to work and ran diagnostics on my car in their lot. I was told the battery was good and the problem was the starter (which is exactly what I suspected)!
Within a few minutes I was given a very reasonable quote. A few minutes later, when a space became available, they put my car on the rack and removed the starter while we waited for delivery of a new one from a parts store.
I was in and out in two hours. I was actually surprised how quickly they took care of me. Mr. Bob, although busy, was pleasant, helpful, courteous and acted quickly to take care of me. What more could I ask for?
I would definitely recommend ABC.
