The only other 5 star review was obviously composed by someone at the pharmacy. My doctor sent me there for hormone replacement compounding. The first batch was full potency, the second batch was more cream than hormone, confirmed by blood test result. I could also tell physically and mentally. Now, this week the ship appears to be sinking! On Tuesday I phoned in a refill, Wednesday night I called to find out what happened. They never filled it. Whomever, I spoke with said they would call when it is filled. It's Friday, still no call back. I now have to wait until 9am to speak to someone. They are marginally cheaper than name brand, not worth the misery. Walmart is a definite step up from this place. I would not recommend to anyone, complete lack of professionalism. No calls or text back in three days.
