These people suck. I was told on Friday that my car would be picked up in NM on Saturday and delivered on Sunday in NV. I called on Sunday since I had not heard from a driver about the estimated time of arrival, but the offices are closed. I checked where the car was in NM to find out what time they came and got the car, and come to find out it is still sitting in NM. They didn't even come to pick it up.
To make matters worse, I called the original person I made arrangements with a second time on Friday to make sure they were going to be able to pick up the car by the weekend; because I spoke to another car transporter earlier in the week who told me they could transport the car on Monday. This guy calls me back Friday afternoon to say they have a driver and asks would I like to take delivery of my car Sunday or Monday; and of course asks can they charge my credit card the $150.
Well keep the $150, and your lousy, unreliable service. I'm going with the other transportation company!
