Shout out to Amy for being the rudest front desk I've ever encountered. Funny how a business can be completely online from scheduling and confirming yet when I arrive they can't print my lab work order or accept it from email. I think they must deal with a ton of drug addicts peeing in cups and maybe when you have court ordered clients you don't need to be nice or something . Minus a star for "we don't take you insurance so we can't see you" really? I'll pay cash . Minus a star for "we can't see you without your order" really? I'm a problem solver. My dr can fax it to you. Minus a star for bad attitude and unhelpful demeanor. . Like I told Amy I get it. I work front office too. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you get to treat people like crap. 1 star for Amy's quick and painless blood draw. Horrible experience avoid this location. Parking is paid and a nightmare as well.
