I wish there were a way to give ZERO stars! I agree with the first reviewer that they are just an all around mess. I called to set up a ride to the airport and had to give all of the information, then I was told to go online to fill out a reservation request with all of the exact information to set up the appt. After doing so, I received nothing back -- no confirmation, nothing. So I called a week or so later to make sure it was set up and they had an incomplete address for me. So we went over that again. Still, they did not send a confirmation. The day before I was set to go to the airport I called to check to see if this ride would actually be happening or not and finally someone confirmed it and sent an email. Then, the guy who took me to the airport was so completely out of line in telling me off-colored jokes about religion, telling me that HIV does not cause AIDS, etc I was so appalled. When I got out of the car he offered my a business card for AllValley Transportation and I almost died laughing -- I would walk to the airport before I would ever use this service again!
