I had a K&N filter installed at Performance Muffler in July 2011. I believe it was installed by Russell himself. I'm a patient individual and Performance Muffler met my expectations when I was told the work would be done in an hour but the installation was done in less than an hour. Even if he took longer I would be OK with that. I never had a problem with the K&N filter install and I wish I could go back and get the headers installed and a bulldog tuner, but never got around to it because I live in California and haven't been back to Phoenix. Russ is professional and gets the job done right the first time. If you need a CAI installed, come here for outstanding service. If i happen to be in the area again, ill most definitely stop by.
