Wonderful staff that was once ran by an amazing store manager a few years ago. Now there's some guy named Tim, Tom or Mike, one of those boring names, that's causing havoc among this locations staff but also, me, the customer too. If there weren't TRU exclusives, I'd never walk into this location again. He's like the grinch with glasses. Hope he doesn't work there anymore. I could really tell a difference in the service I received before he arrived or was promoted. Still, I do love the staff and they're awesome at holding stuff for me. Some know it takes me a while to arrive at this destination.
