I bought my car at this location and come her for the oil changes in my service package and haven't had any issues until I decided to buy new tires here. They never emailed the survey so I'll leave my experience here.
FIRST problem: I was given a price quote when I made my appt. and told a different price after the appt. SECOND problem: Stephanie, my service advisor didn't call when my car was ready. I had to call her over an hour after the estimated time.
THIRD problem: Stephanie wasn't at the counter so when another advisor quoted me a total:$245 more than what I was expecting, I had to wait for him to FIND Stephanie. Apparently, she stapled my oil change voucher/tire rotation slip BUT STILL charged me. Since when do you ROTATE NEW tires that you just mounted, balanced, and aligned? Basically, I almost got charged for work that didn't happen PLUS the shop fees they already added in. So disappointed that this is what they do to a faithful customer. I will not be coming here for new tires again or any service. BEWARE OF YOUR CHARGES and READ!!!
