No free WiFi is a huge negative for me. Having to take a shuttle bus for 20+ minutes to off-site rental cars is a negative. The gate areas in this terminal seem smaller than usual, meaning they do not accommodate an entire plane of people. Maybe less than half, leaving a lot of folks standing, leaning, or sitting on the floor. There are a very few charging stations with tiny ledges attached. In Terminal 2 security may look as though there is not much of a line as you pass empty Disneyland people chutes, but then you round the corner and OH! there are all the people crammed into another round of chutes. TSA precheck moves along pretty efficiently and I only had to wait 15 minutes for my friend who was not prechecked. After security, I was pleasantly surprised to see that our gate, Gate 1, was actually the first gate after security, unlike lots of other airports (MSP, MEM, ATL, DFW) where Gate 1 is the farthest away. We were hungry and the closest options to our gate were Wendy's (already out of half the breakfast options at 9AM), a tea & coffee place, and a Mexican bar. The lines were long and the workers few. Good luck. Not my favorite airport.
