Awful! My husband and I went to Onda to celebrate out 10th wedding anniversary. We started with the fried calamari. It was not crisp at all- very chewy. It was served with a pink sauce. I asked the waiter if it was supposed to be marinara sauce and he said of course it is very nasty. He said it gets pink because the chef purees it. I never heard of such a thing. The caesar salad was very good. For my entree I had the shrimp scampi linguine. It was ok. You could tell that the pasta wasn't cooked fresh. My husband had the chicken parm. It had a very nice flavor only the chicken breast was overly processed like rubber. The waiter never once came by during dinner to ask how everything was. We definitely got an attitude because we didn't order wine. We are Vegas regulars and good Italian food is a tough find. Stay away from Onda. It was good years ago when Todd English owned it.
