I'm not giving them a 1 star due to medical service but SMI coded my bill wrong and it ended up in collections . When I called them about it, the woman was so rude to me and made it seem like it was MY fault that their biller coded it wrong. So my credit took a hit and they refused to accept responsibility and contact the credit companies on my behalf. Unacceptable! Horrible billing and customer service. Thanks for making my credit score go down for your mistake!
