Do not order Spectra breast pump from this company. Will overcharge you (over 2x msrp) and takes FOREVER to process a return.
I didn't know how much my copay for the pump was going to be with my insurance. Instructed them to notify me before shipping. They ignored the instruction and shipped anyways. Found out they were charging almost $366 for a pump that should sell for $160. Went through days worth of calls to straighten out the situation to avoid being charged/responsible. It's been more than 30 days since they received my return shipment, and they still have not initiated return process with my insurance company to resolve that order. I'm tired of getting bills for something I'm not responsible for (and they keep telling me to ignore.)
Just don't order from this company. They have no idea what they're doing.
