I had plans to take a trip down to Chicago for the weekend and was looking for kennels for my 1 year old Bichon Frise Spartacus when I came across Murphy's Paws. I couldn't imagine leaving my pup in a kennel so I was ecstatic to find Murphy's Paws I cannot even begin to tell you what a great experience it was. Initial phone communication and responsiveness was stellar. Brittany came to the house a week prior to for an interview and more importantly to meet Spartacus. Of course Spartacus needed to do is own interview by licking her to death! She made sure to understand all his needs from food and potty schedules to how he likes his belly scratched. Her professionalism is uncanny. She came with great information and some special treats for Spartacus! Brittany picked up Spartacus and dropped him off when we returned home. During his visit I would check on him and I would receive a response back from Brittany very quickly which is something no kennel would be able to provide. He had so much fun playing with other dogs and got some great daily exercise. I really felt comfortable in Chicago knowing my boy was in great hands.
