This is my second time here. They do a fine job but as for customer service that is one thing they do not have. The first time I was there the acrylic tips were way to thick. When I went this time I had a different nail tech and she was more experienced, I like the job she did but she was rude. I tried having conversation with her but she was not having it. After she finished she got up and walked away. Didn't say a word! Wth? Anyway, I got up to walk out but accidentally messed up my nail art. She returned and when I told her she rolled her eyes and said "now I have to do it all over again." Really? Maybe if you said something that wouldn't have happened. I was so looking forward to giving this place a second chance. Sad that it was an even worst experience than the last.
