I wish I'd seen the so-so reviews before I took my bike in for a spring tune-up. Can't help but conclude these folks are out to lunch. I took my bike in on a Wednesday, and they called that Friday to tell me what needed to be done. I gave them the go-ahead, and they said it would be done by Sunday. I went in on the Sunday to pick it up, and they said it wasn't finished. No subsequent call to tell me the work had been done. I went in about three weeks later, and the work still hadn't been done. I ended up just taking the bike back, and I won't deal with them again. I'd recommend going to another bike shop that's more on the ball. I'm not even sure if the work they recommended was necessary or just a money grab.
