This place is very close to where I live, which is why I went there for my first visit. The girls at the front desk are super nice and helpful. My nail set looks alright (not great) and I'm even ok with their higher prices. But my technician wasn't friendly or even really nice. Very distracted, looking around at other people and other things the whole time. I don't expect her (or anybody's) full attention at a nail salon, but she didn't even say anything after a small cut happened on my little finger from the filing. No smiles, no conversation, nothing. Slopped the oil on at the end, said to wash and that was it. Now there is dried gel (or something) around many of my nails. It's not the end of the world, because, yes, they're just nails, but the customer service (especially for a first time customer) was not acceptable from the technician. Maybe my $10 tip got a smile out of her. Sorry, but first impressions are important and I will be finding a different salon for my future appointments.
