I bought a $30 per month membership from this location when this place first opened. A few weeks later, I took my car through its 5th or so wash, when I heard a loud SNAP. Turns out one of the parts to their machine snagged on my rear windshield wiper and snapped it right off. When I went to the manager, I told him what happened, and right away he asked if I drive a Prius. I said yes, and he said that's the 3rd time in two days that that's happened to a Prius. He tells me there's nothing he can do, and points to a sign saying that cars enter at their own risk. Fine. I just want to cancel my membership. He gets me the proper paperwork, I fill it all out, he apologizes again, and I leave. That was in March. I have since BEEN CHARGED FOR MY MEMBERSHIP TWICE. The phone number to call them is impossible to find on their website, and when I finally did find it, no one answered and there was no voicemail. It just kept ringing and ringing and ringing for at least 5 minutes. These people are shady and are OBSESSED with selling their memberships to the place. Don't do it. It's a trap.
