If i could give a negative star rating it would be off the charts. This company is absolutely horrible!! Now here come the facts. I called them to come and remove some bees on 7/6/2013 and to their credit they did show up quickly. They sprayed for the bees and said that "I will see some bees for the next few days but they should die down" Well 2 days later 7/8/2013 the bees are still there and are even worse!! When I asked for them to come back because they never killed the bees in the first place, they said "There is no warranty and you have had honey in your walls for over a year" so we will not come back" I explained that I understand the Warranty however, that would apply IF you ever killed the bees in the first place. This is where he called me negligent and that he would not come out. The technician even told me that the bees would be gone at least until next season. This did not happen. I strongly recommend that you stay far away from this company.
