Classy American Restaurant
Paul Martin serves solid food, but it's greatest strengths are its beautiful interior and excellent service. I'm from the South and a bit picky on fried chicken, but the fried chicken here was really good! The crust was crisp and substantial without being heavy, and the dish provides a nice combination of white and dark meat. The corn was also tasty, cooked Mexican style. The burger and salad were pretty standard but good. We were taken aback by the strawberry shortcake coming on a biscuit, but I'm sure it's good if you like bread/biscuits. The servers are top notch and very attentive. Overall a lovely experience!
