The University House has been a great place to live. You can't beat the location and the pool deck tanning beds and work out rooms are extremely nice. Not only this, but anytime I have ever needed anything, the front desk has been extremely helpful in immediately solving the issue. There was one instance that my rental car was towed from the building and they paid for my car to be returned. Another instance; our washer and dryer broke and was fixed almost immediately.
For all of my other little issues, of which I've had many, I have just talked through them with Alexis at the front desk and she has quickly resolved them. I believe she is a vital member of the University House staff and things may not operate nearly as smooth if it wasn't for her always going the extra mile and doing so with a smile on her face! There were times when it seemed everyone downstairs was lost and new to the job, but Alexis was always there. Everyday. Doing her best to prepare them for the job while also doing her job at the same time. Every time I had an issue or complaint, she was there to listen to it and do an awesome job of helping me through it. Thank you so much Alexis and the rest of the University House staff for making my first year in AZ so great!
