Unfortunately, my experience at Dr Theo's office was extremely unprofessional. I arrived needing care for a back injury after a car accident. The Dr spent the majority of the short time he had with me explaining how if I did not hire an attorney I was going to have a mess on my hands etc. I did not need an attorney for my accident and that is my choice but he would not leave it alone. I came in for medical help not legal advice. When I called to settle my bill (after deciding not to return for care) I was told it would be $250 (apparently they discounted already from $300). I had a 15 minute discussion with the Dr, my blood pressure taken and 10 minutes on the TENS unit bu the nurse. How is that $250? I said I would come in to pay it but that I needed a breakdown of the bill so I understood. I missed that appointment, my daughter was injured and that became more pressing. When they called to inquire why i missed it I explained why I had missed it and that I would pay it but would like a breakdown of the cost. She said it is billed "hourly" not sure what that meant. She became so annoyed with me that she put the Dr on the phone. Dr Theo was so incredibly rude, he interupted me and would not answer any of my questions, and said if i didnt pay today (it was 1:30 and they close at 2) he was going to run the lein. Then in his anger said we can settle it at $200.... again with no reason and no answer to any of my questions... Just really unprofessional here. If you are an honest busniess you should have no problem explaining the cost of what you bill. Lastly, their hours are very few which makes scheduling very difficult. The receptionist is also the nurse and perhaps she is qualified to do that but it feels uncomfortable to me as the patient. Im glad it's over, I wont ever go back and I can not reccomend this office. The only reason it is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the care they do offer is helpful in some incidents.
