Really had high hopes for this company, unfortunately they are weak and have extremely poor leadership. Owned by an ex police officer but ran by his irresponsible & untrustworthy son. My husband worked a huge event for them and was later given employment. The facilities they secure are unsafe & dangerous but my husband did go and was willing to give this company a huge portion of himself. Jon Simmons' son Ryan is the point of contact and the only person we were contacting about shifts and scheduling, we are brand new to Vegas and have run into some issues where we only have one phone and one car which we expressed to Ryan, this company fired my husband with no written warnings. We went to pick up his check last week and was surprised when they told him he needed to return his uniform. Excuses were made saying they called (which they didn't) and they tried to email my husband which wasn't done either. After Making two trips to the other side of town Jon decided to "investigate" which of course resulted in him taking the side of his son. I'd hope No knew would choose to do business or work for such a shady "business"
