Someone checked me in, then waited in line for a half hour. When it was my turn, they didn't have the correct filter for my car. They said go to North Olmsted, they should have it. Since I have all the time in the world to wait in line, then drive a half hour away to a place that SHOULD have it. No thank you. I will not be back. No wonder you need to sell groupons. It's not even worth it then. They should have at least given me a coupon or something to try and make up for it. They aren't even encouraging people to come back.
