Went to shop at these outlet malls on 8/22. There was a game that day. I could not find parking in the lot, so I tried to purchase a parking pass used for the Cardinals Parking lots. Paid $10 to shop at an outlet mall. Then a cop saw the transaction, took the pass. He made the guy give my money back. I just left after that. I went to Arizona Mills after all that fiasco. A parking machine should be set up, so those who are just going to the game have to pay for parking! If you buy something your parking should be validated for at least 1 hour. Just saying for people wanting to shop this a clear deterrent on game days. Probably a lot of them between Coyotes and Cardinals. Any other events going on at those venues.
