The Flooring Pros of Pineville NC - Extremely unprofessional. I give them a ZERO. Our experience has been a complete disaster. From the day of installation we have had nothing but trouble. We paid for an "upgraded memory foam padding." On the day of installation - Arlo the store manager informed us that he was not able to get "the special memory foam pad" we initially ordered. He wanted to give us another "very nice pad", for the same pricing. I told Arlo that we would prefer to have the memory foam padding that we purchased. Now keep in mind the installers are sitting in our driveway and we have moved things out of our house for the install. Somehow, Arlo magically produced the memory foam padding that morning...hmmmm Making a very long and sad customer service experience shorter.... We have had nothing but issues with our carpet and padding, not to mention the repairs that are still unresolved. After 3 months the carpet has matted down so badly that it looks 20 years old, honestly the carpet that we removed looked better than what was newly installed by The Flooring Pros. Arlo was and is very rude.....on the one and only phone conversation my husband had with him (when were were finally able to get him on the phone). Arlo has NOT sent anyone out to inspect our defective carpet and padding, as promised. We actually have a balance due with this company, and you would think that would motivate them to take care of this issue. We had 4 bedrooms, a small loft area, and bonus room carpeted for around 6.5K which is quite high in price...but the "magic memory foam padding" was well worth it...right? But they do have over 3k of our money, and we have defective carpet... perhaps its not worth it to Arlo, the store manager. We have made several attempts to reach out to this company over the last 10 months for a resolution, with no success. I made another attempt today to reach out to The Flooring Pros, and the gal (Lisa) that answered the phone, ask me to update her, again, and stated that she was kind of familiar with our situation, and would have Arlo call us.... I mentioned that if we did not get a call back asap we would be forced to let the BBB handle this matter and that I would post a review. She told me not to threaten her with the BBB......? UNBELIEVEABLE....SIMPLY UNBELIEVEABLE Regretting that we chose this company!
