Completely frustrated. I made an appointment a month in advance since I live in Cali and get service in AZ. I also called yesterday and have an email confirming appt for today. I wait 2.5 hours for someone to show up and then call and told.., I'm sorry your appt is this Saturday. Funny not what they confirmed yesterday nor the email. Now waiting for my third person and as told sorry, we don't make same day appointments. Waiting 5 minutes now... Extremely dissatisfied.
Now, after waiting 8 minutes on hold for a manager told no manager answering phones... Really???
